Sarah Cross, SHRM-CP, is currently the Director of HR Business Partner at Compass, where they have also served as a HR Business Partner in People & Culture. Previously, Sarah gained diverse experience at Edelman, where they held various roles from Consumer Intern to Account Executive, and at Shiseido, where they progressed from Human Resources Assistant to Manager of Human Resources Business Partner. Sarah is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies at James Madison University.
