Currently serving as Vice President Legal at Compass, Sofia previously held the role of Vice President - Leads Group, Data Governance & Privacy Counsel at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. With extensive experience at Realogy Holdings Corp., Sofia has also contributed as Executive Legal Counsel and Senior Counsel in litigation and regulatory affairs. They began their legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk in the New Jersey Courts and were a Partner at McCarter & English, LLP.
