Soham Bhonsle

Soham Bhonsle, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Investor Relations at Compass since October 2024. Prior to this role, Soham held various positions in equity research and analysis at BTIG, Morgan Stanley, and Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG), where significant responsibilities included analyzing sectors such as Residential Brokerage, Title Insurance, and Mortgage Insurance. At Morgan Stanley, contributions included conducting analyses on leading retailers and collaborating on key investor insights, while at SIG, achievements included generating investment ideas and maintaining financial models, with notable recognition as a Top Earnings Estimator and Best Stock Picker. Soham’s foundational experience includes internships at SIG and BlackRock, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
