Steve Malech is the Sr. Vice President of the Silicon Valley Commercial Real Estate Division at Compass, a position held since 2019. Previously, they served as a Partner at California Partners, Inc. from 2001 to 2011 and worked in commercial real estate sales and leasing at CSR Commercial Real Estate from 2011 to 2019. Steve began their career in sales at Anritsu, where they were employed from 1987 to 2001. They are currently pursuing a degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at California State University-Chico, having previously attended San Jose State University.
