Suzi Padgett has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, holding prominent roles such as Branch Vice-President at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and NRT Mid-Atlantic, LLC from 2000 to 2009 and 2000 to January 2008, respectively. From 2009 to July 2022, Suzi served as Vice President and Branch Manager of the Columbia Office at Long & Foster Companies, where the office consistently ranked among the Top Ten of over 160 offices. Currently, Suzi is the Sales Manager at Compass, a position held since July 2022. Suzi holds a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Florida Atlantic University, obtained between 1979 and 1981.
