Terra Brewer

Terra Brewer is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning various industries, including real estate, marketing, and fitness. From 2008 to 2010, Terra served as Accounts / Office Manager at BioSaaS Inc., where responsibilities included managing company healthcare enrollment and working with state and federal offices on business filings. As Marketing Manager at eyeOTA / Liz Claiborne Designs from 1994 to 1998, Terra developed and managed a Co-op Advertising Program for a global client base. As Co-Founder of LUDA Designs, LLC, Terra contributed to creating a collection of handmade cards and invitations from 2008 to 2011. In the real estate sector, Terra was a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker from 2016 to 2022, earning recognition as a “Rising Star.” Currently, Terra works as a Real Estate Agent at Compass and has also been a Fitness Instructor at The Dailey Method since 2010. Educational credentials include a degree in Cultural Anthropology from UCLA and a Real Estate License in Colorado.
