Tim Shea is currently the Principal of The Pedal Group at Compass Colorado and the owner of Pedal to Properties, a real estate firm based in Boulder, Colorado, which offers unique bike tours for home previewing. With over 23 years in the Boulder real estate market, Tim has a solid background that includes co-founding and managing 20/20 Tax Resolution until 2008. Prior experience also includes roles as an Account Executive at Excel Sports and National Sales Manager at Mountainsmith. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from James Madison University, achieved in 1988. Additionally, Tim directs the Boulder Nites Classic bike ride and has served on the Board of Directors for the PLAY Boulder Foundation.
