Tom Jakacki

Tom Jakacki is an experienced real estate broker with a focus on luxury new construction at Compass since December 2020. Prior to this role, Tom served as a managing partner at One Home Health Agency, Ltd. from March 2016 to June 2022 and held similar positions at Peak Home Health until June 2022. Tom's career also includes significant marketing experience as the director of marketing at Summit Home Health from December 2007 to January 2015, where responsibilities included business development and patient transitional care coordination. Earlier roles include regional marketing manager at Norvax and account manager at Comcast Sportsnet Chicago, alongside production internships at WGN-TV and with the Chicago Cubs and White Sox. Tom holds a bachelor's degree in Communication and Marketing from the University of Dayton, obtained in 2006.
