Whitney McGowan

Whitney McGowan is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in architecture and real estate. Currently serving as Principal at Hydra Projects since September 2016, Whitney oversees Owner's Representation, Construction Management, and Architectural and Interior Design services. In addition to a Master's Degree in Architecture from Parsons School of Design, Whitney holds a New York Real Estate Salesperson license and has worked with prominent firms in New York City, including roles as Project Manager at City & Stone Inc. and Junior Architect at Sawyer | Berson Architecture & Landscape Architecture, LLP. Prior experience includes positions with establishments such as Young Projects, Abruzzo Bodziak Architects, and ICRAVE NY. Whitney’s foundational education includes a BS in Studio Art from New York University.
