Xiao Zhou

Xiao Zhou currently serves as the Director of Software Engineering for IAM, focusing on consumer identity at Compass since December 2021. Prior to this role, Xiao Zhou held various engineering leadership positions at Salesforce from August 2016 to November 2021, including Director of Software Engineering and Principal Software Engineer. Xiao Zhou's experience also includes a position as Sr Member of Technical Staff at VMware, where work involved the VMware open-source project Photon Controller, contributing to cloud infrastructure management for multi-tenant deployments. Earlier roles included Senior Software Engineer at ADP Dealer Services and strategic analyst positions at FedEx, where Xiao Zhou led projects in forecasting analytics and developed predictive models for package routing.
