Cathy Ashbaugh is the Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at Compass365, where they have worked since 2014. With over 20 years of experience in managing strategic client relationships, Cathy has been instrumental in helping organizations leverage Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint and Power Platform, ensuring a seamless client experience from initial conversations to ongoing support. Prior to this role, Cathy held positions at Conexis, Inc., Pacific Shore Resources, and General Employment Enterprises, where they specialized in technology recruitment and account management. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Penn State University.
