Kushal Agrawal is an accomplished entrepreneur and angel investor with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem since January 2022, supporting founders in various sectors including entertainment, financial services, and software. As a co-founder of Xoxoday, Empuls, and Compass AI, Kushal has spearheaded initiatives to digitize rewards and incentives through innovative integration-led frameworks that enhance organizational efficiency. Previous experiences include a role as a Mongol Rallier with The Adventurists, internships at renowned companies such as Flipkart and Bidco Africa, and the foundational experience gained as the founder of Cego Technology Solutions. Kushal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Electronics from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.
