Compassion Starts Within is a mental health practice founded by Krystal Cooper who is a Licensed Counselor in 4 states. Krystal provides individual therapy services using a secure virtual platform and evidenced based treatment modalities. At this time she serves the adult population who present with concerns of depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship issues, gender identity, substance/alcohol use, and more. She offers a free consultation to determine treatment needs and identify if she is a good fit to provide services to the individual prior to setting up an intake appointment. 

Currently accepting clients for in person or virtual appointments. 

Update: The clinician is now an in-network provider with Cigna, Aetna, Anthem EAP, BCBS and more. She will continue to offer self-pay services and can provide a superbill for anyone currently out-of-network to submit for potential reimbursement.
