Jason Roche

Jason Roche is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment strategies. Currently serving as Partner and Co-CIO at Compass Rose Asset Management, LP since May 2018, Roche has previously held positions as Portfolio Manager at Carlson Capital, L.P. and Millennium Management, focusing on investment-grade and emerging markets credit as well as long/short global financials. With a foundational role at Claren Road Asset Management - Carlyle Group, Roche managed global financials and emerging markets portfolios. Earlier career experience includes strategic consulting at IBM, advising on business and risk management. Jason Roche holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
