John Farah

John Farah is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years of experience in information technology. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Compass Rose Asset Management, LP since August 2018, John is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm's technology, infrastructure, and support. Previously, John held the CTO position at Claren Road Asset Management from July 2008 to July 2018 and served as an Officer at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation from April 2005 to August 2008. Early in John's career, a role as Team Leader at Marsh Inc. from 2002 to 2005 was undertaken. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Geneseo between 1995 and 2000.
