James Wright is an experienced program manager currently employed at Compator since October 2025. Prior to this role, James served as a program manager at HSBC from November 2024 to June 2025 and held the position of Global Programme Manager for Regulatory Reporting. James began his career as an analyst programmer at British Rail from 1990 to 1994 and continued in a similar role at JP Morgan from 1994 to 1996. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Physics from the University of Durham, completed between 1987 and 1990.
