Lebogang Madiba

Lebogang Madiba is a Senior Legal Analyst at the Competition Commission, where they have worked since 2009, focusing on cartel case investigations and the administration of the Corporate Leniency Policy. They provide supervision to junior colleagues and actively represent the Commission before external stakeholders, facilitating discussions on competition law and anti-trust issues. Previously, Lebogang completed internships at the Constitutional Court of South Africa and the Director of Public Prosecutions, and served as an Inspector for the Competition Commission of Mauritius in 2012. They hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of the North and completed practical legal training in 2002.
