Precious Mathibe currently serves as the Centre & Global Partnerships Manager at the SOAS Centre for Sustainable Structural Transformation, focusing on fostering international partnerships and coordinating the Centre's activities since August 2024. Previously, Precious has worked as an International Relations Specialist at the Competition Commission South Africa since November 2016, engaging in bilateral and multilateral competition law and policy. A brief tenure in international relations at the European Commission occurred from March 2024 to June 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Director for International Trade and Economic Development at the Department of Trade and Industry, Republic of South Africa, from January 2012 to January 2016. Precious holds a Master's degree in International Business and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from GIBS Business School, as well as a BTech Honours in International Relations from Tshwane University of Technology.
