Chad Steele has extensive experience in the agricultural finance sector, having served as Director of Credit and later as Managing Director of Program Finance Portfolio at Compeer Financial from June 2003 to February 2018. Subsequently, Chad held the position of Managing Director at Agri-Access from February 2018 until June 2024. Chad is an alumnus of the University of Minnesota, where a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Food Business Management was obtained from 1998 to 2002.
