Chad Steele is currently the Managing Director at Agri-Access, a position held since 2018, following a tenure as Managing Director of Program Finance Portfolio at Compeer Financial from 2003 to 2018. Chad also served as Director of Credit during their time at Compeer Financial. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Food Business Management from the University of Minnesota between 1998 and 2002.
