Dan Best

Dan Best has a strong background in finance, with their most recent position being the Director of Capital Markets at Compeer Financial since 2018. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President at FCS Commercial Finance Group for over 15 years. Dan also has experience in accounting and treasury, working for Founders Trust National Bank from 1997 to 2000 and as an Accounting Clerk at The First National Bank in Sioux Falls from 1996 to 1997.

Dan Best earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Southwest Minnesota State University between 1992 and 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, General from Indiana University Bloomington from 2000 to 2002.
