Heidi Benson is an experienced professional with a strong background in team leadership and client support. Currently serving as the Team Lead for the Contact Center at Compeer Financial since October 2018, Heidi is responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating team members, as well as monitoring call activities and overseeing daily operations. Prior to this role, Heidi worked as an Employment Counselor at Minnesota Valley Action Council from June 2000 to October 2018.
