Joel Larson has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1984 as a High School Agricultural Instructor at Glencoe Sr. High School. Joel then worked as a Farm Management Instructor at Hutchinson Technical College from 1988 to 1992, and subsequently at South Central College from 1993 to 1996. Joel joined Compeer Financial in 1996 as the Director of Credit, where they led the Credit team of Underwriters for five offices and also oversaw the Financial Associate training program.
Joel Larson attended the University of Minnesota from 1981 to 1984, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a focus on Agricultural Education.
