Molly Ryan

Molly Ryan has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Molly began their career at AgStar Financial Services in 1998 and held various roles, including Senior Director of Business Solutions & Project Management and Quality Business Systems Team Leader. During this time, they worked on both large strategic projects and smaller IT development projects as a Business Systems Analyst. In 2017, Molly joined Compeer Financial as the Regional Lending Manager for the Rural Living Solutions team, where they managed a team of Lending Officers and Administrators. Molly later transitioned to the role of Delivery Development Manager and then became the Director of Lending Delivery, leading the Operations team and overseeing the implementation of new products. Currently, Molly is the VP of Digital Product Delivery at Compeer Financial, where they are focused on delivering quality digital client experiences and driving coordinated execution across the organization.

Molly Ryan attended Winona State University from 1993 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Business Information Systems Management. Their field of study was focused on business.
