Paul Kohls

Paul Kohls has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Paul is currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at Compeer Financial, a cooperative lender to agriculture and rural America. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Lending Operations Officer & General Counsel at Compeer Financial as well. Before joining Compeer Financial, Paul held the position of SVP & General Counsel at AgStar Financial Services ACA, one of the nation's largest Farm Credit System lenders. Paul also worked as an Assistant General Counsel at AgStar Financial Services and as a VP of Government Affairs at Allianz Life. Earlier in their career, Paul worked as an Attorney at Rider Bennett, LLP.

Paul Kohls attended the University of St. Thomas from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Minnesota Law School from 1996 to 1999, earning their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
