Rick Harbarth

Rick Harbarth is the Vice President of Food & Agribusiness at Compeer Financial, where they focus on retaining and growing client relationships in the middle market segment. Prior to this role, Rick served as Senior Vice President at United Prairie Bank, where they built a solid portfolio in the Mankato marketplace from 2006 to 2008, and at First National Bank Minnesota from 1996 to 2006, specializing in agricultural and commercial loans. Rick began their career as an Assistant Manager and Personal Banker at Metropolitan Federal Bank in 1993, and later held the position of Commercial and Agricultural Loan Officer at Southwest State Bank from 1993 to 1996. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned between 1988 and 1992.
