Lora Niazov

Lora Niazov, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and program oversight across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Program Management at University Hospitals, Lora manages a diverse portfolio exceeding $200 million, leading a team of over 25 resources. In addition to this role, Lora holds a position as Adjunct Faculty at John Carroll University, teaching Project Management to undergraduate and graduate students. Previous roles include Senior Product Development Manager at Compellotech, where Lora led the development of a software solution for New Product Development, and various project management and process improvement positions at Cleveland Clinic, American Greetings, and Novelis. Lora holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, both from John Carroll University.
