Bent Hammer

Bent Hammer serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Itera, an international IT and Communication consulting firm listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, responsible for finance and investor relations since September 2015. Under Bent Hammer's leadership, the company's market capitalization increased fivefold. In addition to this role, Bent Hammer holds multiple board positions, including membership on the boards of Den norske dataforening, Cicero Consulting, Compendia, Itera Offshoring Services AS, and Itera Norge AS, as well as prior engagements with Autonor AS and DAF Norge AS. Prior experience includes serving as the CFO at Capgemini Norge and Group CFO at New Store Europe, contributing to significant transformations and financial management in both organizations. Bent Hammer earned an MBA in Financial Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BSc in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
