Jonathan Jeffries

Jonathan Jeffries, known as JJ, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business growth and innovation. As a Co-Founder and Partner at Think & Grow since October 2015, JJ has facilitated the expansion of companies from Australia and New Zealand both locally and globally. JJ also serves as the Australian GTM Partner for Compete, actively supporting market expansion strategies. Additional roles include City Leader for SaaStock in Australia, Founder of Retrained, and former Chairperson of CrossCoders, a platform dedicated to empowering female athletes. Prior roles include advisory positions at Tiger Pistol and New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, as well as a member of the Victorian Government's Expert Innovation Panel. JJ holds a BSc in Geography and Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Surrey.
