Frantz DeWillis

Frantz DeWillis is a Chief Executive Officer at Competitive Data Analytics, LLC since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Raytheon for 14 years, starting in October 2006 as a Director of Competitive Strategy & Price To Win, and leaving in March 2020.

Frantz DeWillis has completed a range of academic studies across their career. Frantz received a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy in 1977. Following this, they went on to pursue a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at California State University in Fresno from 1986 to 1992. Later in 1995, they attended the National Defense University and completed their Master of Science in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy.
