Exavier W. has over 18 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Exavier began their career in 2000 as a Technical Analyst at Burroughs & Chapin Company, Inc. In 2002, they became a Configuration Manager at Lockheed Martin. Exavier then moved on to become a Project Manager at Perot Systems Government Services in 2007. In 2008, Exavier W. was appointed Engineering Group Manager at Technica Corporation. In 2014, they became the Director Business Development, Department of Defense and National Security at DMI (Digital Management, LLC). In this role, they were responsible for providing large-scale highly engineered and customized solutions for national security and critical national mission requirement specifications. Exavier then joined A3T (Agil3 Technology Solutions) in 2019 as the Vice President Business Development & Operations. Currently, they work as the Senior Vice President at Competitive Range.

In 2001, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from South Carolina State University. In 2006, they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering from Morgan State University. In 2014, they completed an Emerging Leaders Graduate program from Harvard University, as well as an Executive Education course in Business Administration and Management, General from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications from Cybrary, including Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) | Competency Risk in 2022, Sumo Logic Cloud-Native Machine Data Analytics Service Fundamentals in 2022, Cybersecurity | Executive Risk Management Framework in 2021, and Enterprise Security Leadership | Designing Enterprise for Multi-Cloud in 2021.
