Noah V. has worked in a variety of roles in the corporate world since 1999. Noah started their career as an Analyst at Citigroup in 1999, and then moved to JPMorgan Chase in 2000. In 2002, Noah V. joined the United States Air Force as a Civil Engineer/NCO for the Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force. Noah then moved to DISA in 2008 as a Contracting Officer. In 2011, Noah V. founded Competitive Range and served as its CEO. Most recently, in 2021, Noah V. was appointed as the Executive Director of FedTechCares.

Noah V. received their GED from City Colleges of Chicago-Kennedy-King College in 1999. Noah then attended DePaul University where they earned a BA in Finance. In 2006, they completed an MBA in Project Management from Norwich University. In 2014, they attended UCLA Anderson School of Management and completed the Management Development for Entrepreneurs Program (MDE). In 2020, they are currently enrolled in Stanford University Graduate School of Business, studying Business Administration, Management and Operations. Noah also has experience in Global Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
