Razvan Girmacea

Razvan Girmacea has a diverse work experience spanning multiple fields. Razvan is the Founder of Monitor Backlinks, a company they established in 2011 and later sold in 2017 before repurchasing it in 2022 to continue developing it. In 2018, they founded Competitors.app and served as the CEO, overseeing its growth. Additionally, Razvan worked as an Expert Advisor to the European Commission during the same year.

Prior to these ventures, Razvan founded Competitive.Business in 2017 and served as the CEO until 2022. Razvan was also a Business Developer and Co-Founder at Cross Promo from 2016 to 2017. In 2011, they established Monitor Backlinks Ltd., where they developed an online tool for SEO professionals, marketers, and PR departments. Before that, they worked as a Web Developer at Totel from 2004 to 2013.

Razvan also has experience in SEO and web development, having worked as an SEO | Front-End & Back-End Developer at a French agency from 2007 to 2013. During this time, they led a team of designers and developers to complete web projects for clients and offered SEO and development consultancy services. Furthermore, they founded and served as the CEO of edukid.ro, an online ecommerce website selling educational toys for kids, from 2009 to 2012.

Lastly, Razvan was a JCI Iasi Volunteer at Junior Chamber International from 2008 to 2012.

Razvan Girmacea completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2001 to 2006, they attended Universitatea "Ștefan cel Mare" din Suceava, where they pursued a degree in Computers with a specialization in Mammoet Agenda System. Following this, they enrolled at Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Business with a focus on Informatic Systems in Business. Additionally, in 2006, they briefly attended Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent to learn PHP/MYSQL.
