Klara Stepanova

Klara Stepanova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Klara is the Founder and Marketing Director for Competize, where they specialize in professionalizing amateur sports and eSports by implementing software that enhances operational efficiency, player loyalty, and revenue streams. Prior to this, Klara worked as an Acquisition Manager and Performance Marketer for VeryChic and Clicktron Media respectively. Klara also served as a Publisher Director, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Trainee for Clicktron Media, L'Oréal, and FloraQueen. Klara has experience in offline media, email marketing, social media, and project management. Additionally, they have worked as a Project Manager for AIESEC and Universidad de Envigado, and as the External Relations and Communication Director for AIESEC. Overall, Klara's work experience showcases their expertise in marketing, project management, and business development.

Klara Stepanova's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at Prague University of Economics and Business, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business. Klara completed their undergraduate studies in 2010.

In the same year, they joined Esade and Prague University of Economics and Business to pursue a CEMS Master's in International Management (MIM) program.
