Narmin Mansurova

Narmin Mansurova, SHRM-SCP, is a certified Human Resources Professional with over 10 years of experience in learning and development, performance management, and talent acquisition. They served as an HR Specialist for the Baku 2015 European Games Operation Committee, overseeing recruitment and organizational projects, and later managed HR administration for the Baku 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games. Currently, Narmin is the Head of Organizational Development at Competo LLC and also teaches as an adjunct instructor at Khazar University and ADA University. Narmin holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Azerbaijan State University of Economics and a master's degree in Business Management from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
