Nikos Stergiopoulos has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nikos started their career in 1996 as an Assistant Professor at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and later became a Full Professor in 2002. In 1998, they founded EndoArt and served as the Chief Science Officer until 2007. In 2009, they founded Antlia SA and worked as the managing director until 2019. In 2010, they founded Rheon Medical SA and held the position of Founder and CEO. In 2014, they co-founded RTsafe. Most recently, in 2019, they founded Comphya and assumed the role of Chief Science Officer.
Nikos Stergiopoulos obtained a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Iowa State University, completing their studies from 1986 to 1990. Prior to that, they earned an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, where they studied from 1980 to 1985.
