Justin Docter has a strong background in sales and marketing within the equity compensation industry. Justin began their career at Stock & Option Solutions in 2007, where they held various roles including Business Development, Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, and Regional Director. In these positions, they worked closely with clients, prospects, and partners to understand their challenges and find solutions for their equity compensation plans. In 2013, Justin joined CompIntelligence as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where they have been responsible for overseeing all sales, marketing, and recruiting efforts in the equity compensation division. Justin'sexpertise lies in consulting with clients, prospects, and strategic partners to uncover their needs and present effective solutions.

Justin Docter graduated from North Dakota State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
