Amy Oelke

Amy Oelke is the Director of Business Development at CompIQ with 30 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. They previously served as a Senior Account Executive at ExamWorks, Inc. for 27 years, specializing in Independent Medical Examinations. Amy started their career as a Workers' Compensation Specialist at Heritage Mutual Insurance (now Acuity Insurance) and has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of Kids' Chance of Wisconsin. They are also an active member of the Alliance of Women in Workers' Compensation Wisconsin Steering Committee, dedicated to advocacy for women in the industry. Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
