Max Bauer is a seasoned professional in product management and logistics with extensive experience in building and scaling operational processes across various roles. As Co-Founder at complective studio since November 2024, Max continues to leverage expertise gained as Product Manager at Alaiko, where responsibilities included translating stakeholder inputs into actionable insights and ensuring successful business outcomes. Prior experience includes establishing the Process Engineering and Logistics departments at Alaiko, enhancing fulfillment operations, and driving operational excellence at GROUP7 AG for tonies®. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Digitalization from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, expected to complete in August 2024.
