Daniela Couto

Daniela Couto is the current Director at Complement Therapeutics. Prior to their current position, they were the CEO and co-founder of Cell2B, a board member at CatalYm GmbH, and the managing director at Staten Biotechnology B.V. Daniela holds a PhD in Bioengineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico under the scope of the MIT-Portugal Program.

Daniela Couto earned their Ph.D. in Bioengineering Systems from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and their Ph.D. in Bioengineering Systems from the MIT-Portugal Program at Instituto Superior Técnico. Daniela also holds a MSc in Biomedical Engineering from Universidade do Minho.
