Additional experience includes a leadership position in Product & Proposition Development Technology at Allego, along with significant contributions in product management and innovation for E-Mobility at RWE Effizienz GmbH. Dr. Hell's career began in quality management for automotive connector systems at KOSTAL Group. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Duisburg-Essen and a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Electrical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
