Maik Hartmann

Maik Hartmann has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and testing industry. Maik currently works as a Test Engineer at Compleo since July 2021. Before that, they were employed at Bosch as a Test Method Developer for Electrical Product Testing in the Automotive division from September 2018 to June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Wilo Group as a (Junior) Process Engineer from February 2016 to July 2018. Maik also gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Technische Universität Dortmund's Chair of High Voltage Technology from October 2013 to July 2014. Before that, they worked in Product Management for Primary Current Test Devices at OMICRON electronics from October 2012 to March 2013. Maik also completed internships at OGE, one in the Electrical Workshop in August 2011 and another in the Metal Workshop in July 2009.

Maik Hartmann pursued their education in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Electrical Power and IT Network Management. Maik obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) from TU Dortmund University in 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree (MS) in Industrial Engineering from the same university from 2013 to 2015. During this period, they also pursued a Master of Science degree (MS) in Electrical Engineering & Information Technology from TU Dortmund University. In 2014, Maik participated in an exchange semester at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied Electronic Engineering.
