Prior to their current role as an Onboarding Specialist and NOC Engineer at Complete Network, William worked as a Desktop Support Technician for CFG Health Network and as an IT Manager for Glenmont Job Corps Ctr. William also has experience as an Owner/Operator for Rochester Computer Guy and has worked in various desktop support roles for companies such as Lenel Systems International and CSC.
