Brandy Sanchez serves as a Commercial Superintendent for Complete Property Services since January 2022, overseeing hospitality and multi-family construction and remodeling projects. Responsibilities include managing construction site operations, scheduling subcontractors and crews, conducting daily safety meetings, and coordinating communication between tenants, site owners, and subcontractors. Previously, Brandy held project management positions at Varsity Roofing and Correct Energy, while also serving as Office Manager for Zia Suns Green Construction Co. and working as an Energy Consultant at Erus Energy. Early career experience includes roles as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal at the Third Judicial District Attorney's Office and Cook II at The Phoenician Resort. Brandy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from New Mexico State University.

As a company with over 25 years experience Complete Property Services has an impressive portfolio of projects that has shaped the skyline of cities such as Atlanta, Boston, Miami, Tampa, San Diego, Scottsdale and New Orleans to name a few. At Complete Property Services we take pride in our ability to successfully manage very technical and demanding projects in which late delivery is unacceptable. In our 25 year history CPS has never missed a completion date due to issues within our control. Our ability to say this is based in the tight management controls and training that we have in place throughout our company. We have ingrained it in our people that we are the ones that have made the agreement to complete the project within the approved budget, and by the desired time frame. To ensure this, each project is managed by one of the three principle executive members of the company. This means that the project manager has a significant vested interest in ensuring that the project runs in an efficient and profitable manner while maintaining a constant focus on customer satisfaction. In addition all projects are reviewed during the weekly management meetings to make sure all projects are staff properly and remain on schedule.
