One year later, they were promoted again to Broadband Service Assurance Center Manager at AT&T Broadband/Comcast Cable. Luke continued to work at Comcast Cable from 2001 to 2017, where they held several roles including Credit and Collections Manager, West Division, Sr. Director, Credit & Collections West Division, and Customer Care Manager. Most recently, they were a Client Relationship Manager, Vice President of Call Center Operations, and Contact Center Operations and Leadership Consultant at Complete Recovery Corp.
