Charles H. has a diverse background in hospitality and project management. They worked as a bartender at Trudys from 2012 to 2014, where they excelled in creating a positive dining experience and training team members. Following that, from 2014 to 2018, they served as Premier Service Manager at Mood Media, managing critical projects and collaborating across departments. Currently, Charles is the Head of Project Management at Complete SEO and continues their education at Austin Community College. They also hold a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Collin College.
