Nikki Deroche

Nikki Deroche came to CompleteRx in 2011 as Director of Human Resources with more than 20 years of progressive human resources experience, half of which have been in a leadership role. Her background includes a strong knowledge of benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training and employee development, mergers and acquisitions in aerospace, finance, waste management and healthcare.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Human Resources concentration from Louisiana State University. Certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the national Human Resources Certification Institute, Nikki is also a DDI-Certified Facilitator. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA).
