Damon Jones

Damon Jones is a highly experienced engineer and project manager with a strong background in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as an Engineer and Junior Project Manager at Complex Civil since October 2018, Damon has extensive experience in site works and project oversight. Previous roles include Project Manager and Senior Engineer at Riding for the Disabled Association, where responsibilities included volunteer coordination, and Volunteer Coordinator at Biala Support Services Inc. With a foundation in engineering and project management acquired through positions at Ballina Shire Council and SMEC, Damon has developed expertise in areas such as stormwater design and traffic engineering. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology from the University of Southern Queensland, diplomas in leadership, management, and project management from OTEN, and ongoing studies towards a Master of Business Administration at the Australian Institute of Business.
