Darren Beatty is the Senior VP of Operations at Complex Structures Group, where they manage all project and field operations to ensure client satisfaction from initiation to completion. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Darren began their career detailing structural steel and metal deck immediately after high school. They have held various key positions, including Regional Sales Manager at Nicholas J. Bouras, Inc. and Project Manager at Cordeck Erection Company, where they played a significant role in establishing industry standards and sales records. Darren's education includes AutoCAD training from the Community College of Allegheny County and the College of Lake County, as well as executive leadership training from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
