Carolyn Pride

Carolyn Pride is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in creative production and programmatic events. As the current Senior Producer for Branded Content at Complex NTWRK since April 2024, Carolyn previously held the position of Director of Creative & Video Production at Def Jam Recordings from June 2019 to March 2024. Carolyn served as Chief of Staff and Associate Creative Producer at Catscape Productions from March 2017 to August 2019, after managing programmatic events and in-kind donations for both USO and Delivering Good, Inc. Carolyn co-founded Through Our Lens, Inc. in February 2017, where involvement as Executive Director and Mentor highlights dedication to fostering creativity. Educational background includes a Business Bridge Program from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics from Connecticut College, complemented by foundational studies at Trinity School in NYC.
