Mats Nilsson

Mats Nilsson is a seasoned product management executive and chief operating officer at Complex NTWRK, overseeing engineering, product, design, and business operations since 2024. Previously, Mats held significant roles at major corporations, including serving as Technical Director at Charles Schwab, where they led the complete overhaul of Schwab.com, and as a Senior Director at StubHub, playing a pivotal role in scaling the company’s global presence. Mats has also contributed to startups such as StockX, managing global business operations and product strategy. An established leader in driving product innovation and growth, Mats has built and mentored high-performing teams throughout their career, which includes founding Zenseo, focusing on internet and mobile product design. Mats earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Business Management from the University of Gothenburg in 1990.
